Learn to cope with stress

This is a new time where our global way of living had to change and was crumbled by corona pandemic. And we all face that we have to cope with a troubled life because a lot isn't normal. We have to learn to cope with that and rethink our patterns. We have to adjust and look back where our patterns where also not in coherence with the planet. 

We all look forward to when the vaccins make a normal living possible, but maybe that isn't directly the solutions and then we have to learn to cope with a different way of living. And that hurts, how can we be with that hurt and still life in a healthy way on. A lot of people feel stress, and how can we deal with that. By also taking time to really feel and let go of that stress. Release it. There's a way of trauma therapie of letting go of stress in the body and that is healthy. Otherwise other sicknesses will appear. It is important to find ways of release. Cause trauma is the cause of disease in a lot of situations. 

And where somehow traumatized as individuals and as a society. And bonding is nog also very important. But society is also polarized about this situation. But only in working together we can really survive. And we have to find way's of releasing stress also as societies. But that's a different way. 

It's a different stress, of being a lot at home, not seeing enough people, being hindered in your social life and losing perspective and maybe having to deal with illness and loss of health and dear ones. And that is in our mind and body's and we have to find a way to cope. Going outside will help, going nature and sporting but with attention can help you. 

But together as a society we all have to find a way in bonding and togetherness although we are also polarized. Find a way in this new era. And seek for the right comfort and shelter and loved ones/
